Tell us how this problem exhibits itself: It occurs during the Installation It occurs while running the software: This just started happening. (The software previously worked fine.) It has had this problem from the time the software was first installed.
How often does this problem occur? Every time I try to perform the above described conditions. It happens every now and then. (I am not exactly sure what triggers the problem.) It occurs unpredictably. (Some times it works under the above described conditions, and some times it does not.)
