Several testers of our Beta 6 encountered some problems in the our new hatch certificates and invoice
printouts (areas we had to totally rewrite for AviMate 3 to support logos). We
got that fixed plus other issues brought to our attention.
We put out a Beta 7 (build 20) last night for some of our beta testers to try
out. Here's one unedited
review we got back: "WOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOO it works!!
weeeeeeeeeeeee"
I know everyone is anxious for us to release AviMate 3, but I think it prudent
for us to see if any new
issues come up with Beta 7. Subject to last minute discoveries, we now plan to put our
released AviMate 3 product on our web site

NEW WEBSITE SERVICES
While Kevin worked on fixes to Beta 6 this weekend, I added a few extra services
to http://www.avimate.com
to encourage more frequent return visits and to attract new visitors as well.
I'll be describing these new web features in future newsletters. If you have a free
moment, see if you can find them without me telling you what they are!

MAC USERS REPLY
Several MAC users have pleaded by e-mail for a version of AviMate they can use.
I've explained that we
have not encountered a sufficient base to create another version of AviMate. On the
other hand, we have had several reports of MAC users successfully using AviMate with
various PC emulators. I invite those users to contact me with their experiences and I will
summarize the results in a future newsletter.
