AviMate Stamps Out Bird Breeder Bookkeeping Woes
Gotha, FL - Boundaries Unlimited, Inc. has released Version 3.0 of AviMate,
its popular bird breeder management software.  AviMate has been developed
with extensive collaboration with top breeders like Rick Jordan, author
of Parrot Incubation Procedures and co-author of Parrot Handfeeding and
Nursery Management. 

For over 5 years, AviMate has been helping breeders save time and eliminate
manual record-keeping.  It maintains records about breeder stock, production
history, clutch, and nursery information.  These records are integrated
with searchable data on customers, suppliers, breeder sources, and veterinarians.
You can even generate invoices and maintain sales and expense records.

AviMate provides journals to record information on bird feeding, breeding
patterns, medical conditions, personality traits, etc. plus a new database
for chick feeding and weight data.  There are now 51 reports to serve virtually
every breeder need including extensive database, production, pedigree,
and progeny reports plus a hatch certificate to accompany each bird sale.
 Your company logo can now be printed on invoices and hatch certificates.

AviMate tracks breeder performance, including yearly averages on number
of clutches, number of chicks per clutch, and percentage of eggs resulting
in live chicks.  It can search out any bird in its nursery and breeder
databases based on band number, microchip number, or cage number.  It can
even alert breeders of special events, such as bird shows and customer
appointments.

The clutch, nursery, and breeder services have access to data on 370 species/
subspecies compiled by Rick Jordan.  You can categorize your birds by proper
common or Latin names (genus, species, and subspecies).  Estimated incubation
periods for birds raised in captivity are included so that expected hatch
dates can be calculated and provided as hatch alerts at program startup.
