Boundaries Unlimited, Inc. is firmly committed to maintaining the privacy of all visitors to AviMate.com. We never rent, sell nor otherwise distribute information about our visitors. We DO NOT support SPAM. Any information provided to us via this website is kept strictly confidential and is used only for its disclosed purpose.

We do not track your visits to our site.  We do keep a daily count of our visitors, but gather no personal data about any visitor.

AviMate and BirdSpeech 101, which can be downloaded from this site, offer free no-obligation trial periods so that the products can be evaluated.  They contain no "adware," nor do they send any information back to Boundaries Unlimited.

Order Form
Our site uses a submission form for you to order AviMate and BirdSpeech 101.  We collect contact information (including e-mail address) and ordering data so that we can process your order. This information is transmitted using secure sockets layer (SSL) encryption technology to ensure client privacy. The encrypted ordering information is used solely by our credit card processing partner, All Seasons, to complete your order.

You understand that Internet transmissions are not 100% secure and, therefore, our only liability in the event of unauthorized or disclosure of your personal information, is to cooperate with you and to give our best efforts to help resolve any problem that arises.

As described above, we will not disclose personal information to any third party. If you order AviMate, we may place you on our mailing list so that you can be kept informed of product upgrades and similar product announcements.  We do this as a service to our clients.  You can unsubscribe at any time.

Mailing List
Our mailing list is managed by List Builder, a leader in e-mail management, part of bCentral.com.  Interested people must join our mailing list voluntarily.  List Builder will not give the e-mail addresses of any third party.  You will receive only the AviMate Newsletter as a result of joining our mailing list.
